Wednesday, January 11th. Tennessee.
The shape of this little green building just about charmed me to death.
I haven’t been in Chattanooga for ages and had forgotten what great juxtaposition this town seems to foster. Lots of things to spy in that view.

Dogs that give birth to hamsters.
These photos aren’t anything to write home about, but how often are you chilling with hour old baby chihuahuas?
They’re pretty tiny, but still…how on earth did they all fit in there?! Miracles.

From the bleachers.
So green. So poorly attended. This is not a parking lot carnival town.

Let's get small.
Some little things I picked up on the way home tonight.
Small birds make small eggs, but some enormous trees made these sweet pine cones.

Rain-free Washington.
Amazingly, it didn’t rain all day today!
That reminded me that I live in a beautiful place and I’m incredibly lucky to be running around outside all day, playing in the dirt.
Here are some photos of the farm to make people jealous:
I always forget to snap those peaceful looking sheep, but rest assured, they were awesome as usual.

More woods findings...
Some kind of spiritual power-line.
What happens when you walk through it?
Who knows.
I declined, as I’m happy to remain in this dimension.

Stupidest parking job ever.
I have never been stuck in snow as intensely as I got stuck in this mud yesterday.
Eventually, someone hauled me out with a Jeep. Thanks.

Mediocre baby animals.
It’s spring and I’ve been hanging out with a lot of baby animals lately.
These guys were hanging out under a big warm light, in a tub at the feed store and I had to photograph them, as I found them to be oddly un-cute.
Right? They’re not ugly, but they seem sort of awkward.
I bet if I had picked one up my opinion would’ve changed.
Also, what made all the ducks hang...

More sandwiches. More condiments.
Let’s get a look at this one before we close her up.
Marmite is awesome (and I actually get to eat this, not just gaze at it’s glory).

I crap in a bucket.
It’s true and I’m into it. There’s something about it that’s good for the soul, though I’ll spare you all my greater musings for the time being.
Therefore, this is how I clean the bathroom.

Outside life.
The days are getting warmer (everywhere, I know) and it’s time for everything to be shifted into the great outdoors. I was in need of a hair cut today, so I set up a station for it on my porch. Porches and haircuts are one of my favorite combinations — if I liked them any better they would be a sandwich.

Axes and black leather gloves...let's make a...
I can’t count the number of times I’ve heard the phrase, “this axe is the perfect size for a woman”.
I was glad to be on the handle end.
I spent the early evening chopping wood (not a sorority or slumber party in sight) and it was great. Everything is so chill out here, it’s almost a waste of an outlet for aggression. Here’s my first load:
Imperfect, but...
